What we collect

Account details. Your email address, and your name if you provide one. These come from the sign-up form or from Google when you sign in with Google.

Form content. Everything you type into a form — titles, event dates, notes, and every entry you add to a list section.

Basic usage records. Timestamps for when a saved form was created, last modified, or completed, plus its completion status.

We do not collect payment details, location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Your email is used to sign you in, verify your address, and send password-reset links. Your form content is stored so you can return to it, print it, duplicate it, and see accurate progress and entry counts. Timestamps power sorting and the status tabs on the Saved Forms page.

We do not sell your data or use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who can see your data

Your saved forms, entries, and profile are private to your account. Database access rules enforce this at the server level: no other signed-in user can read or change your rows. Blank form templates in the library are shared and read-only for everyone.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database provided by our hosting backend. Passwords are hashed by the authentication service — we never see them. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

How long we keep it

Saved forms stay until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, every saved form, and every entry immediately and permanently.

Your choices

You can export a copy of your profile and all saved forms as a JSON file, or delete your account and all associated data, from the Account & Data page. You can also delete individual saved forms from the Saved Forms page at any time.
